Howdy!

We are excited to release earlier than expected: the 2025 Camp Registration Pricing! The cost of Registration includes: 2 nights Hotel at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center; all your meals and your Breakout Sessions.

Things that will cost:

• Extra Student Dinner tickets will be $50.00/including all taxes. (Limited to 70 tickets Saturday night only). Chicken/Vegetarian.Gluten Free options only.  
• Your Hotel room comes with 1 Parking pass. Not 1 Parking pass per person. If you are sharing a room, and if 2 passes are needed, you will have an opportunity to purchase an additional pass for the weekend at $20.00.
• Friday/Saturday Night dinners are included in the price of ticket: Chicken/Vegetarian/Gluten Free options. You will have the opportunity to upgrade to the Beef Options: 1, or 2 nights at $30.00 a meal. 

Save the date for Wednesday, September 25th at 8:00 a.m. CST to Register for Camp. Be the first to register for the Breakout Sessions. Breakout Sessions will have limited availability, so choose your Breakouts early.
